Well.... We are off. 22 hours of travel and back to our own bed. We are looking forward to being home. Thank you to everyone who has been praying and following along. It has been great to feel like we aren't alone here. Plus we won't have to completly re-tell this long, sad story to everyone separately.
Looking forward to seeing you all.

Although this adventure was not completely successful (In our eyes) it has turned out to be such an inspiration. We will continue to pray for Lina, and of course, the fact that God will lead the two of you in the direction he has planned. Jason and I can't wait for your safe return home. We cannot wait to meet you Michele, and work felt like it has been falling apart without you KC. Hope to see you soon, let us know when we can get together!
See you soon. You are loved by so many and dad and I are so proud of you both. Love, Mom
It has been a joy to read your blog everyday........I am so sorry with how this "ended". Just know that it has been good to see you trust in the Lord and follow his gentle voice. You are an inspiration. Thank you!
KC and Michele,
I am a U.S. correspondent for a Lithuanian national daily Lietuvos rytas. I am working on a story about adoption in Lithuania and came across your blog. Would it be possible to talk to you about your experience?
email me please ASAP at ritasta@lrytas.lt
Thanks,
Rita
Hi there,
I am not sure if yu still look at your blog? We found your blog when we were in Vilnius completing or adoption early 2009. I had been busy posting on ours when I thought I would try and see if I could find anyone else in the same boat. Your blog came up, adopting from Lithuania, the same title name even! I laughed and cried when I read your posts and realised how much is the same for families travelling from around the globe to adopt from Lithuania ( we are Australian). Yes double coffee was a saviour, they just dont understand the word large over there and as for Vichy park well I laughed and laughed I guess you really have to go there to see it. I really hope that your return home and the following months have not been too hard for you and your husband,Our hopes and prayers are with you for the future.

We are starting our process of adopting from Lithuania and I was doing some research online and came across your blog. I don't know if you still check this blog, I'm sure it's painful to look at, but I wanted offer my prayers to you. I cried after reading through you blog. I'm soooo sorry for the way things turned out! I'm curious to hear if you ever found out what happened to her. I hope that God has answered your prayers for a family and time has and the grace of God has helped to heal your wounds. God bless you both! Carolyn -- carolyn@uniquewebworks.com
